Message	The EPA said they couldn't use a specific glue-type, so what? It's not the EPA's fault they decided to use the glue equivalent of double-sided tape, and launch the shuttle anyways. If it doesn't meet performance standards (which is clearly didn't), then the shuttle never should have been launched.
